Wood composite

wood composite

Innovation Group Deurne has developed a unique process for producing Wood Composite with exceptional properties.

The patent covers a production method for a Wood Composite based on a thermosetting binder in a continuous production process, such as an extruder.
The significantly improved and durable Wood Composite is heat-resistant, fire-retardant, waterproof, and suitable for construction applications ranging from foundations, walls, facades, floors, and roofs (potentially without roof tiles).
The Wood Composite can serve a load-bearing function and is also suitable for road and waterworks such as guardrails, bank protection, mooring posts, and more. The granted patents are valid until September 2037.

When the Wood Composite is used for the production of wooden window frames, we also have a unique frame anchor profile (also patented), which allows the frame to be anchored into masonry within seconds using a sophisticated click system.

This invention represents a new generation of sustainable Wood Composite, in which almost all types of waste wood, plastic waste, and textile residues can be reused. As such, the Wood Composite makes an important contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions.
Do not use waste wood, waste plastic, or waste textiles for energy generation, as this causes severe air pollution.

Even pruned wood, roadside grass, and dried animal manure residues can serve as useful raw materials for our Wood Composite.
There are more than sufficient reusable raw materials available for production, making tree felling largely unnecessary. Trees should only be harvested at the end of their life cycle.

Building material of the Future

Properties of the Wood Composite patented internationally by We-Ha:
This Wood Composite can be qualitatively compared to tropical hardwood, yet offers even better properties such as durability, water resistance, and fire resistance.

  • Excellent heat resistance
  • Excellent waterproofing
  • Outstanding fire resistance
  • High mechanical strength, suitable for load-bearing applications
  • Very long lifespan
  • Excellent insulation performance
  • Can be produced in nearly all wood and paint colors
  • Absolutely rot-proof
  • Suitable for construction, road, and waterworks
  • Can often replace steel
